This person will be the critical finance leadership for the business unit, accountable for driving business performance through financial insight and support. This role leads the day-to-day planning and performance management processes and identifies and implements strategic plans to leverage opportunities. In addition, this person would lead the development of scalable reporting solutions and processes to increase the organization's efficiency and attract, train, and mentor a best-in-class, high-performing team.

This position is a part of the global financial planning and analyses team and will be located onsite at the New Port Ritchie, FL location.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Provide critical financial support to senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization by presenting a clear view of financials and interpreting results to identify and implement opportunities to grow business performance (30%)

Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes, including profit planning, sales and direct margin forecasts, expense budgets, working capital and cash flow estimates, and sensitivity analysis (30%)

Lead the development of critical financial and operational metrics/dashboards, tools, and processes to enhance analytical capabilities and increase the efficiency of day-to-day activities, aiming to increase the time available to partner with organizations to optimize business performance and reduce the time spent reporting (20%)

Prepare and analyze financial trends impacting the business, including external competitors and market (10%)

Attract, develop, and mentor a best-in-class finance organization of future leaders (10%)

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree in field with 14+ years of experience OR Master's / Doctoral degree in field with 12+ years AND related experience includes 4+ years managing people

In-depth understanding of business finances and financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow)

Experience with P&L, working capital and cash flow management, planning, and financial systems

Experience deploying solutions to solve large, complex organizational problems

Experience leading and developing a high-performing team

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience with manufacturing and operating in a large global organization

Experience with a global organization in a matrixed environment
