We are building an elite team to drive financial insight and strategy at Broadridge. The Finance team brings understanding and predictability to the companys core operations, and we work closely with our key business partners to accelerate long-term growth for Broadridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to gain deep knowledge of the Broadridge business, as well as exposure to senior leaders across the organization.The Director Finance Strategy & Analytics will play a critical role in collaborating with senior finance and business leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to drive transformation. This individual will lead targeted analyses aimed at optimizing business performance, guiding capital deployment for internal investments and potential business development opportunities, and advancing our transition to next-generation analytical capabilities, including Power BI, AI, and other data analyses. The ideal candidate will be a proven people leader with a strong ability to work closely with senior leadership and a passion for driving meaningful change.
This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.
Responsibilities: Lead high-impact ad hoc financial projects and analyses, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex business challenges through data-driven financial analyses and scenario planning. Develop and implement sophisticated financial models and data visualization tools to support strategic initiatives and enhance business intelligence capabilities. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to influence key business decisions and optimize financial performance. Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in financial assessments. Drive the adoption of next-generation analytics technologies, such as AI and machine learning, to elevate the organization's strategic financial capabilities. Manage and prioritize a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and support the development of tailored financial solutions.Qualifications: 8-10 years of relevant experience in corporate development, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting Strong analytical and financial skills with deep understanding of structuring deals Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, big data environments, and data visualization Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas to actionable messages Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, draw linkages, and balance multiple priorities Exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in TM1, Oracle, and PowerBI. Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data analytics tools a plus
Salary range $145,000- $150,000. Bonus Eligible.
