Responsibilities:
Assist to design, develop, and implement Oracle EPM applications across the entire suite, including modules such as Planning and Budgeting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into functional and technical designs.Develop and optimize Essbase BSO (Block Storage) and ASO (Aggregate Storage) cubes, employing best practices for scalability, optimization, and performance tuning.Utilize calculations and business rules in Essbase to enhance Planning, application security, and other interface tools.Configure and customize modules such as Financial Management (HFM), Workforce Planning, Capital Asset Planning, and Project Financial Planning to meet specific business requirements.Design and develop complex forms, reports, workflows, and data load processes using Oracle EPM components, including Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE) and Data Relationship Management (DRM).Implement integration solutions for data movement between Oracle EPM applications and other enterprise systems using EPM Automate, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), or other integration frameworks.Write efficient and high-quality code, adhering to coding standards and best practices, leveraging languages such as SQL, MDX, or Java.Perform thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, to ensure robust and error-free solutions.Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and performance.Work on medium to large-sized features, taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering results within project timelines.Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to provide support, training, and documentation on Oracle EPM applications.Assist in maintaining existing processes, providing support in maintenance activities, and helping users. Automate manual tasks to reduce human dependency and improve efficiency.Stay abreast of the latest developments in Oracle EPM technologies and industry best practices, bringing innovative solutions to enhance our capabilities.Contribute to the continuous improvement of EPM processes and methodologies to drive efficiency, data integrity, and user experience.Effectively communicate technical concepts and progress to team members and stakeholders.Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team by sharing learnings, insights, and experiences through internal presentations, code reviews, or mentoring activities.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in Oracle EPM development and implementation.Good understanding of the entire Oracle EPM suite, including modules such as Planning and Budgeting, Financial Close and Consolidation, Profitability and Cost Management, Strategic Modelling, Financial Management (HFM), Workforce Planning, Capital Asset Planning, and Project Financial Planning.Experience in Essbase cube design, database administration, outline management, calculation scripts, report scripts, and automation.Proficiency in languages such as SQL, MDX, MaxL, batch scripting, Java, and Groovy, to effectively design, develop, and maintain EPM applications and perform tasks such as data manipulation, querying, automation, integration, and customization.Knowledge of EPM integration frameworks such as EPM Automate, FDMEE, ODI, or other relevant tools.Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes and practices.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.Strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.Ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Location:
