You will monitor financial performance, provide variance reporting, support productivity and supply chain targets, and play a vital role in management meetings at the ministry level. Your expertise will be pivotal in liaising with accounts payable and payroll processes, ensuring smooth support for managers and senior leaders throughout the ministries. Additionally, you will drive capital project facilitation and development of ministry budgets, all while contributing to our overarching regional and system financial strategies. **What You'll Do:** **Financial Guardian:** + Oversee financial performance, ensuring targets are met and financial health is maintained. + Produce accurate financial statements reflective of operational and clinical services, including comprehensive contractual analysis and expense accruals. **Strategic Planner:** + Collaborate with the regional finance team to develop and implement ministry budgets and strategic financial plans. + Assist in the facilitation of capital projects as prioritized through regional and system processes. **Data-Driven Analyst:** + Review and monitor statistical information to ensure it accurately reflects operational and clinical services. + Develop and manage dashboards, ensuring achievement of internal audit recommendations. **Collaboration Catalyst:** + Foster strong partnerships with the Service Area Chief Financial Officer, Senior Operational Leaders, and other executives to support financial oversight. + Engage with other finance team members and ministry leaders to perform budget variance analysis and develop improvement plans. **Project Leader:** + Lead special projects as assigned, ensuring successful execution and alignment with ministry and regional goals. + Drive productivity management through effective measurement processes and benchmarking data. **Key Areas of Responsibility:** + Comprehensive review of monthly financial statements in partnership with the PSJH accounting team. + Coordination of monthly financial review processes with ministry administrators. + Support for productivity management, staffing matrices implementation, and achievement of strategic goals. **What You'll Bring:** + **Educational Excellence:** Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
