Director for Enrollment Management Systems & Analytics
**Job Description:** Fairfield University is seeking a dynamic and innovative **Director for Enrollment Systems and Analytics** to join our Enrollment Management team. This individual will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of our enrollment technology systems, with a focus on fostering efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and excellent student experiences. The Director will guide day-to-day technical operations and play a critical role in advancing the University's mission and commitment to student success. **Primary Responsibilities:** + **Manage and supervise CRM (Slate), all Slate integrations (including but not limited to SIS integration for Workday Student), training, and system upgrades,** ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations for enrollment management processes. + Implement and refine processes and automations within the CRM (Technolutions Slate) to support admissions, recruitment, and financial aid processes, creating greater efficiencies across the division. + Provide technical and user support for multiple application forms, application processing, electronic communication functions, portals, event management, and other technical workflows + Identify, organize, and extract data while building complex reports and queries, including those involving custom reports and queries to support decision-making and strategy. + Conduct key enrollment analysis, program assessment, trend analysis, market analysis, predictive modeling, and data quality assurance to drive strategic initiatives. + Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of weekly, monthly, and annual reports, leveraging data analytics to identify solutions and opportunities. + Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance with institutional standards. + Work collaboratively with director of financial aid systems to ensure correct transfer of data + Collaborate with admissions and financial aid teams to create seamless connections between systems and improve the student experience. + Oversee data transfer to key partners across campus and with our vendors + Serve as the primary liaison to ITS and other campus offices for admission technology and data needs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals. + Assist in the planning and implementation of annual cycle preparation processes, including testing and leveraging new CRM features to improve data use and prospective student experiences. + Perform ongoing software maintenance, enhancements, and configurations to ensure reliable workflows within the CRM environment. + Conduct ongoing research into new developments in Technolutions Slate and other tools, evaluating their potential to enhance user experiences and operational efficiencies. + Support transitions from Slate Legacy tools to current best practices for Technolutions, + Maintain security of CRM and serve as lead on user permission + Develop and lead end-user training and maintain documentation for admission systems, ensuring consistent and effective use of tools and technology. + Partner with the admission and visit experience teams to technologically support their daily operations and goals. + Assist support staff with data entry issues or questions, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed. + Maintain the flexibility to work evenings and weekends for admissions events or essential projects. + Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in undergraduate admissions systems or operations, with demonstrated knowledge of **Technolutions Slate** . + Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and **PowerPoint** for reporting and presentations. + Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure. + Proven ability to stay current with technological advancements and apply them effectively to improve workflows. + Strong commitment to customer service and effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Understanding of Workday Student SIS + Appreciation for Jesuit values and mission-driven environments. + Familiarity with Tableau and/or Power BI This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on Fairfield University's enrollment strategies.
