We are looking for a dedicated Director Global Operations like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** As the Director, Global Operations you will be responsible for partnering with HCA Healthcare functional leaders to guide the strategic planning, execution and stand up of new enterprise-wide capabilities. You will also be responsible for overseeing the governance of new capability stand-up, development and implementation of risk management strategies, and performance metrics to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement. **Key Competencies** _Strategic Leadership_ + Support the development and maintenance of HCA Healthcare’s overall global operations strategy + Advocate for adoption of enhanced operating practices, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum business efficiency + Support HCA Healthcare’s global operations portfolio, including ownership of program timelines, escalation of risks and managing work across global stakeholders _Operational Excellence & Transformation Management_ + Coordinate and oversee the governance of new operating model implementations spanning cross-functional teams.
