Your role will be pivotal in establishing governance and overseeing the implementation of software and IT infrastructure for key factory builds and refurbishments. **Do you have what it takes?** + Proven ability to lead and implement IT infrastructure initiatives at scale. + Expertise in coordinating the deployment of IT software products and infrastructure within complex factory build projects. + Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with equipment engineering, IT, and facility teams to achieve shared objectives. + Ability to navigate and influence complex organizational structures, removing obstacles and driving implementation success. + A proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset, taking initiative in dynamic and fast-paced environments. + Exceptional leadership skills, uniting and motivating team members towards a common vision and achieving outstanding results.
