**Job Description**

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Define and oversee critical phases for software and infrastructure deployment in large-scale factory builds, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
+ Lead and inspire teams to deliver software products that align with equipment and building milestones, driving progress and maintaining momentum.
+ Ensure successful software and infrastructure readiness, setting the stage for efficient factory deployment and operational excellence.
+ Collaborate with program management to proactively identify and remove roadblocks, ensuring smooth implementation and project success.
+ Identify and drive innovation in realms of Industrial IoT and Data driven use cases
+ Provide strategic recommendations to shape product and technology roadmaps within the operation’s digital agenda, ensuring timely delivery of features for factory builds and refurbishments.
+ Champion the integration of the latest innovations in Smart Manufacturing into the factory build roadmap, positioning the organization at the forefront of industry advancements.

As a leader within the Automation & Digitalization on the Shopfloor Center of Excellence, you will drive innovation and growth across manufacturing sites and R&D departments. Your role will be pivotal in establishing governance and overseeing the implementation of software and IT infrastructure for key factory builds and refurbishments.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Proven ability to lead and implement IT infrastructure initiatives at scale.
+ Expertise in coordinating the deployment of IT software products and infrastructure within complex factory build projects.
+ Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with equipment engineering, IT, and facility teams to achieve shared objectives.
+ Ability to navigate and influence complex organizational structures, removing obstacles and driving implementation success.
+ A proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset, taking initiative in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
+ Exceptional leadership skills, uniting and motivating team members towards a common vision and achieving outstanding results.
