Job DescriptionAs a Director within the Growth Products team, you will be responsible for driving an ongoing narrative for Visa’s suite of consumer products in card and non-card payments. You will be both a student learning from others internally and externally, and a teacher to those internally and externally. The right candidate will be an enthusiastic follower of key trends spanning consumer financial services, fintech and technology (e.g., AI, account-based payments, digital identity, wallets), and is comfortable researching new topics, establishing an informed perspective, and applying ideas to Visa’s business model and ecosystem.
The role requires a balanced mix of outstanding writing and editing skills as part of overall content strategy, project management across external parties and cross-functional stakeholders, creative execution, and thought leadership. Successful candidates will have shown and can clearly demonstrate strong business and product acumen, deep payments industry experience, familiarity with macro trends in the financial and technology ecosystems, synthesis of complex problems and ideas through clear deliverables, building consensus and a proven track record of fast-paced transitions from strategic thinking to execution.
This role includes understanding in depth both Visa capabilities, needs, and goals and the realities and trends driving growth and change in our industry – and how that change impacts our strategic priorities. RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive an ongoing internal and external narrative for Visa’s suite of consumer products as well as be the convergence point for clients determining the right format to deliver the narrativeIdentify long-term growth opportunities and inform Visa’s long-term product roadmap, in collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholdersDevelop content strategy for Visa’s product showcase at various forums, which will include producing high-impacting content and unified narratives in partnership with stakeholders, identifying content opportunities, and amplifying the voice of our partnersOrchestrate and project manage full life-cycle content operations including roadmap, activity coordination and administration of day-of activities, and managing escalations timelyDevelop a dedicated network of product experts for concept and project deliveryLiaise with external vendors as primary contact in support of managing activitiesQualifications
Basic Qualifications:
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 178,400.00 to 258,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
