As\nan HR Director here at Honeywell, you will play a critical and influential role\nin shaping the HR strategy and driving HR initiatives at Honeywell. In this\nsenior leadership position, you will be responsible for providing strategic\ndirection and executive leadership to the HR function, ensuring the alignment\nof HR programs and practices with business objectives. You will partner with\nsenior leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and\nsupport. As a trusted advisor, you will contribute to the development and\nimplementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive\nwork environment, drive employee engagement, and support the growth and success\nof the organization.
You will report directly to our VP HR and you will work out of our Charlotte,\nNorth Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic direction and executive leadership to the HR function.Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide\nstrategic HR guidance and support.Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with\nbusiness objectives and drive employee engagement.Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and\nsupport.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. YOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 8+ years of experience in HR management or a related role.Proven track record of successfully leading and managing HR teams.Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at\nall levels of the organization.Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management,\nand employee development.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.WE VALUEExtensive Human Resources experienceExcellent communication skillsAbility to influence at varying levels across the organization Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environmentPreviously demonstrated leadership skillsAbility to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization.Ability artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
