**THE POSITION**
**Reporting Structure** : The Director – HR Business Partner reports to the Chief People Officer
**Role and Responsibilities**
The Director – HR Business Partner leads enterprise-wide talent development strategies that align with CRST’s operational and growth goals. This role serves as a strategic advisor to business and HR leaders, translating talent needs into scalable programs that build capability, increase engagement, and drive performance across the company.
**Key responsibilities include:**
+ **Talent Strategy Leadership** – Lead company-wide initiatives in performance management, succession planning and talent assessments
+ **Business Partnership** – Collaborate with senior leaders to translate business needs into strategic talent plans
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration** – Build partnerships across departments to support internal mobility and high-performing teams
+ **Program Expertise** – Guide and scale enterprise talent programs including LEAD, Rotational Development and Internships
+ **Strategic Alignment** – Ensure talent development initiatives directly support operational goals and business priorities
+ **Talent Review Execution** – Drive enterprise-wide calibration and talent review processes to develop future-ready teams
+ **Organizational Influence** – Lead change by influencing talent priorities and promoting a strong leadership culture
+ **People Leadership** – May include direct reports depending on organizational structure
**EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS**
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Proven success in talent development, organizational development or HR business partner roles
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ MBA or SHRM certification
+ 8+ years of experience as an HR leader in a complex, matrixed environment
+ Experience leading enterprise-wide succession and talent strategies
+ Demonstrated ability to consult with senior leaders and deliver targeted people solutions
+ Knowledge of talent programs including leadership development, internships and rotations
+ Strong ability to influence, align cross-functional teams and build high-performance cultures
