**Responsibilities**
The Director of Imaging Services is responsible for all aspects of Respiratory and Radiology including, but not limited to: Echo, stress echo, Cat scan, diagnostics, Ultrasound, MRI , mammography in radiology department, Operating Room, Family Medicine and Orthopedic Clinics.
**Essential Key Job Responsibilities**
1. Supervision of all personnel, clinical activity, ongoing education, participation in performance Improvement projects, consultant activities.
2. Establishes policy and procedures for the department in accordance with Joint Commission, state and federal regulations and hospital administration guidelines assure safety and service for our patients.
3. Responsible for budgeting, daily operation, staffing, and follow productivity standards of the organization
4. Collaborates with the radiation safety officer to conduct Radiation Safety Committee and follow up on recommendation
5. Serves in a multi-disciplinary capacity providing general services to a wide variety of populations including pediatric, medical, surgical, chemotherapy, ambulatory, orthopedic, geriatric, post-partum and nursery.
6. Monitoring of programs such as PACS and updates on the Epic system.
7. Represent CHI in community events, activities or board memberships as requested by administration, as part of our Community Benefit Program
8. Communicate issues with the Vice President of Patient Care on regular and as needed basis.
9. Other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications**
Graduate from an approved Radiologic Technology School.
ARRT
Minimum of five years of radiology experience, minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
**Preferred**
Multiple specific modality trained
**Pay Range**
$38.63 - $56.01 /hour
