Director - Imaging Solutions

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional for the position of Director, Imaging Solutions.  In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery, implementation and daily services to top clients across the Imaging Solutions business  as well as  working on business development opportunities. The successful candidate will possess strong operational knowledge, excellent project management skills excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and related experience.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.


Responsibilities:

Manage end to end delivery of services to a top client across functions; Develop, implement and maintain client management strategies and initiatives, management and business controls to ensure client satisfaction and mitigate risks.Manage Global team supporting Imaging Solutions functions across multiple clients.Act as a primary point of contact clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client service, including coordination of resources and resolving any client issues or concerns.Develop and maintain robust control framework for each client, ensuring support teams are delivering according to requirements and service level agreements.Identify and pursue business development opportunities with new clients, leveraging market research, industry networks, and strategic partnerships.Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the company's services and value proposition.Assist with negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and maximizing business opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and sales collateral to support business development efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. MBA or advanced certifications are a plus.Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in direct operations management and business development, preferably in a similar industry or related services.Significant knowledge and experience in managing Operations processes and staffProven track record in successfully managing and growing client relationships, exceeding revenue targets, and driving business development initiatives.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor, motivate team members and resolve conflicts.A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Compensation & Benefits:
