We are looking for a Production, Maintenance, and Engineering Director to join the management team at our Saint-Ouen l’Aumône site (Val d’Oise, France).

Reporting to our General Manager and a with a total workforce of 50 employees, you will be responsible for leading the production, process, projects, and maintenance departments at one of Sensient’s key production sites, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services within time and cost constraints.

What you will do:

Oversee and optimize production processes to ensure the safety of people and property, quality, deadlines, and costs. Plan and manage human and material resources within the allocated budgets. Ensure coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability. Identify and implement continuous improvement actions, manage investment projects. Collaborate closely with various partner departments (HSE, quality, logistics, etc.). Establish conditions for a constructive social environment and contribute to the development of key skills for the factory’s operations. Build and deploy a strategic vision and plan for the site.

What you will bring:

A degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, or production) and at least 10 years of experience in managing a production unit. Strong managerial skills, balancing high standards with team support; excellent communication skills. Sensitivity to HSE and quality standards. Ability to manage projects, CAPEX, and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in English in a professional environment (written and spoken).
