**Overview** **Position Summary:** he Insurance Relations Director is responsible for coordinating and communicating with our dental and health plan payers, insurance companies. This role will support all of ACI’s 450 clinics and corporate relationships with strategy and tactical plans, for each partners. They will coordinate quarterly business reviews, align on strategy with each plan, and help tactically on all things insurance; claims, rates, and credentialing on behalf of our 700+ providers and clinics. The role will report to the SVP of Insurance Services. **Responsibilities** **Position Duties and Responsibilities** : + Responsible for maintaining strong personal and professional relationship with our top dental plans + Responsible for developing strategies with each plan, and aligning the organization on delivering against said strategies + Ability to create presentations (PPT) to share strategy, metrics, as well as performance with executive management + Interaction with RCM team to facilitate tactical process(es) in AR resolution, and claims processing + Will help develop relationships with medical health plans as ACI moves into medical billing + Perform other duties as new opportunities arise and/or as assigned. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** + Ability to interpret and effectively communicate insurance related topics + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Excellent problem-solving skills + Well organized, accurate, and thorough + Adaptable; readily adjusts work schedule to adhere to changes in the work environment and is able to manage competing demands. + Adept at prioritizing, planning work activities, and developing reasonable action plans. + Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products, especially powerpoint **Education and Experience Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree required. + Minimum five years working with or for commercial dental insurance or Medicaid plans + Experience dental insurance preferred Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
