As the M&A IT Director of Honeywell Aerospace Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all IT aspects of M&A (merger and acquisition) initiatives. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Information Technology, and work out of our headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona on a hybrid work schedule. As the M&A IT Director, you will have a significant impact on our organization's growth and success by identifying and executing strategic IT acquisitions, seamlessly integrating acquired companies into our robust IT infrastructure, and fostering synergies across the organization. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in leadership and project management, preferably in the IT sectorStrong technical proficiency with Microsoft Project Plan, Jira, Agile/Waterfall practices Proven track record of successful risk and issue mitigation in M&A projects Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels Familiarity with budget control and forecasting processesWE VALUE
