Our hospitals, care sites and clinicians are recognized for clinical and operational excellence. **DIRECTOR LAB INFORMATION SYSTEMS & AUTOMATION** **| REMOTE** The Director Laboratory Information Systems + Automation leads the implementation, optimization and maintenance of the laboratory information system within Bon Secours Mercy Health. This position leads laboratory automation initiatives and integration of automated technologies. This position ensures that the LIS is implemented and integrates seamlessly with other clinical systems, supports efficient laboratory operations and complies with all regulatory and quality standards. The Director, LIS + Automation serves as the primary point of contact for all LIS-related technical and operational issues, working closely with I&T counterparts, laboratory staff and healthcare providers. **Essential Job Functions** This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
