We are looking for a dedicated Director Labor Relations - West Florida Division like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** As the Director of Labor Relations – West Florida Division you will assist management at the facility, market and division levels in achieving organizational goals by acting as a reliable and trusted consultant on a wide range of labor relations matters including collective bargaining; the interpretation and administration of collective bargaining agreements; compliance with labor laws; and union avoidance. You may manage other members of the Labor Relations staff who also provide labor relations support within the pertinent market or division. You will supervise one or more staff level employees.​ **Job Responsibilities:** + ​Advise about and manage matters of routine labor relations such as the interpretation and application of collective bargaining agreements; the processing of formal grievances and the arbitration of such grievances; communications with labor unions relating to other disputes and questions that arise between unions and management; responses to union information requests; discipline of bargaining unit members; and compliance with applicable labor laws. + ​Advise about and manage the response to union organizing. + ​Advise about and manage the preparation for, and the conduct of, collective bargaining + ​Advise about and manage the preparation for, and the response to, strikes, picketing and other job actions by unions + ​Prepare and present appropriate training for facility management on a variety of labor relations topics. **Job Requirements:** + Bachelor’s Degree is required + Master’s Degree in industrial relations, labor relations, or similar discipline is preferred + Juris Doctorate (JD) is preferred + 7+ years of experience in relevant work experience is required Human Resources Group empowers our people to grow and give purpose to the HCA Healthcare culture.
