As a Director, Lean Operations here at Honeywell, you will strategize and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our designated site. You will oversee, guide, and track procurement, production, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional leadership, implement strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will report directly to our VP of Manufacturing Excellence and have the opportunity to work from any U.S. Honeywell Hub. This role will have approximately 50% global travel required.
In this role, you will impact the success of our business by optimizing productivity, ensuring quality, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Your strong leadership skills and ability to manage a high-performing team will create a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.

YOU MUST HAVE:
\n\n7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on integration and optimization.\nLean Manufacturing Training and experience.\nExperience providing guidance and coaching to direct reports and organizations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nFamiliarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.\nKnowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management.\n\nWE VALUE:
