This role will serve as the main point of contact and will collaborate closely with leadership and local teams to ensure seamless coordination, prioritization of work efforts, and accurate reporting. This role's focus will be on driving patient growth and retention and building the ministry's reputation and brand presence across the region. The Director will be responsible for overseeing client relationships in their designated region and local communities. Qualifications: Required Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications or similar area of study. Required Experience: Six (6) years of progressive experience in marketing and communications or other leadership experience. Preferred Experience: Health care experience important. Three (3) years of experience in building, supervising and/or mentoring a team. Job Responsibilities: Collaborates with key stakeholders, both internal and external, and leads the annual development of fully integrated marketing, communication, and strategic community engagement strategies. Develops marketing goals and objectives and utilities financial and operational data to prioritize efforts. Drives patient acquisition and retention across the region, including key sponsorships and events, including but not limited to groundbreakings, Fall Tour, grand opening events, etc. Serves as a resource to regional and local leaders by providing support for significant operational events, meetings, forums, and other efforts. Responsible for regional and local client relationship management and ensuring regional & community priorities are included in the annual marketing plans and escalating awareness of activities/spend outside of the marketing plan. Leads and supports change management efforts to achieve goals. Leads the regular review of marketing campaigns, plans and events within each community, reporting on the efficacy and ROI of all marketing and communications efforts. Ensures all stakeholders, both internal and external, are continuously updated, aligned, and have opportunity for input to community priorities, ensuring coordination and support of overall marketing plan direction. Assess the regional team's performance in relation to established goals and implement changes to improve performance.
