A position has opened up in Honeywell Thermal\nSolutions for an ambitious Supply Chain Planning Professional. You will\nreport to the Sr. Director of Planning at Honeywell SETS with the opportunity\nto develop and demonstrate your planning skills and play an\ninstrumental role in the success of the company.  

As a Director, you will lead the activities related\nto the demand planning, production planning, inventory control, material\nplanning, supporting Honeywell Thermal Solutions (HTS). You will lead a global team\nof planning professionals and drive the monthly S&OP process for HTS\nGlobally.

You will oversee the monthly planning cycle\nfor your network of sites, and ensure finished goods production plans, raw\nmaterials replenishment programs align to the Supply Plans and achieve maximum\ncustomer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business\ngoals. You will ensure the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master\nProduction Plan optimize the labour and machine resources whilst achieving the\nbusiness goals for cost control, productivity and working capital. You will\nensure the network Materials Requirements Plans (MRP) will satisfy the network\nConstrained Master Production Plan.

You will be closely involved in product lifecycle events and transitions to\nensure the network supply strategy delivers on the product portfolio vitality\ngoals. You will attend monthly SIOP meetings to approve the supply plans and to\npresent these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Business\nleadership in the Reconciliation and Exec meetings.

You will also lead process improvement\ninitiatives across the global HTS Supply chain planning organization to drive\nglobal process consistency and maturity

The successful candidate must be capable of\ntranslating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals\nand create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Focusing on\nbuilding a world-class team, utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques,\ndriving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior\nperformance across all KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

You will create and drive a positive working\nenvironment and culture of continuous improvement throughout your organization\nto achieve the best possible outcome from your resources. Your will lead the\ndevelopment of your teams to increase their skills and capability in readiness\nfor internal progression and succession.

YOU MUST HAVE 

Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Operations management, supply chain management or equivalent10+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area 5+ years of experience in SAP MRP and ERP, preferably on a Variant Config Make to Order business S&OP Knowledge and experienceAbility to communicate effectively (verbal and written) across multiple levels of the organizationStatistical knowledge and problem solving skills
