This position is primarily responsible for the planning, administering, managing, and executing the management of AT&Ts National BTS/ABM programs as well as owns the High Rent Relocation (HRR) build program each year. Responsible for end-to-end program/project management of required tasks to meet very specific timelines delivering coverage and ensuring no loss of coverage. Owns the budget and realization of spend for $100M-$200M of capital each year. Directs team of Individual Contributor Proj/Prog Mgmt. employees responsible for: 1. 6yr planning cycle of qualified “high rent” sites to establish & execute both strategic & operational benefit to the firm achieving targeted cost savings targets baked in budget. 2. Accountability of both Opex & Capex budgets relative to the HRR program. 3. Regular program/project management meetings, both internally & externally, to monitor key milestone achievement in delivering the HRR plan each year. 4. Analysis and mitigation of all program/project issues relative to the HRR plan. 5. Management of vendor partners executing the build plans for both HRR & NSB BTS/ABM programs. 6. Management of all Site Build Offers, Site Development Plans, and Reconciliations relative to BTS vendor execution of both the HRR & NSB BTS/ABM programs. 7. Partnership with ACE market personnel in establishing the HRR POE, Decommissioning schedules, and execution of site build. 8. Quarterly program readouts with VP/AVP leadership; Bi-Annual readouts with Officer leadership.
