Overview Expected pay for this position is $49.73 - $65.89/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Nursing Patient Care Services is responsible for the leadership and operations of the assigned nursing units. Responsible for planning and directing the management and delivery of quality patient care, and for developing, implementing and administering budgets, fiscal year plans, policies, and procedures for the departments in accordance with OSF HealthCare, accreditation and regulatory requirements. Serve as a Ministry Representative in Clinical Agenda Initiatives, advisories and other work groups as assigned. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Experience: 5 years of hospital nursing experience 3 years of nursing management leadership experience Licensure/Certifications: Registered Nurse in current state Other skills/knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Masters of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree (MBA, MPH, MSN, MHA, or related field) Experience: 5 years of experience in progressive leadership roles in nursing Other skills/knowledge: Membership in a professional organization OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
