Director of Accounting, Shared Services

General Purpose:

Responsible for providing efficient, scalable transactional services in order to capitalize on economies of scale.

 

Essential Duties:

Develop and deploy strategy for shared service environment including analysis of customer extension and in-source/co-source strategy. Manage payroll function for entire Troon Golf population including domestic and foreign employees. Identify process opportunities to simplify and standardize using relevant available technologies. Manage global Accounts Payable process for Shared Service customers. Support system migration to new financial system environment, including process redesign where appropriate. Develop, deploy and manage service level agreements with relevant customer quality metrics. Regular and reliable attendance.

 

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, 8-10 years of relevant work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior management/supervisory experience required (3-5 years). Experience in Payroll Management required. Oracle knowledge a plus.

Typical office environment, limited travel required
