Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of Accounting in Marlton, NJ. The Accounting Director oversees accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis functions, reporting directly to the CFO. Key Responsibilities: * Director of Accounting will ensure accurate and timely processing of accounting activities and financial reporting * Maintain accuracy of financial statements and management reports * Ensure integrity of financial data in the general ledger * Prepare financial analyses and executive-level reports * Liaise with operating leaders to address financial issues * As a Director of Accounting, you will assist in budget coordination and tax return preparation * Supervise, train, and hire staff * Oversee bank reconciliations and support external audits * Develop and monitor financial policies and controls * Complete special projects for the CFO
