Plan, organize, and direct a comprehensive array of support services designed to meets to needs of clients and employeesOversee safety and risk management activities to ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation regulationsDevelop and implement best practices across multiple departmentsAct as liaison between Devereux and a variety of external services which support internal operationsYou will be offered:

Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Master’s Degree required in related field. Engineering and organizational management backgrounds a plus
EXPERIENCE: 10 years supervisory experience. Project planning and oversight a plus.
Valid driver's license must be maintained
