Volt is immediately hiring a Director of Amazon Sales in Corona, CA.

As the Director of Amazon Sales, you will:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBe the subject matter expert providing strategic direction and leadership to ensure the continued growth of the Amazon business channel\r\n\tBuild and lead high-performing teams focused on collaboration and goal achievement while implementing KPIs and overseeing team performance\r\n\tDevelop sales forecast, maintain product catalog, oversee customer service interactions, and monitor seller reviews and ratings to ensure brand and sales performance\r\n\tTranslate product strategies into successful profitable plans that push the company forward\r\n\tPlan, manage, and execute on Amazon sponsored products campaign and on Amazon discount and sales promotions\r\n\tIdentify promotional opportunities and develop promotional calendars and strategies\r\n\tPartner cross-functionally with Inventory Management, Logistics, and Advertising teams to ensure optimal inventory flow and advertising strategies\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\t5 years or more experience successfully managing and growing a global amazon marketplace business\r\n\tSuccessful upward trajectory of driving and growing Amazon revenues in an Omni-channel business model\r\n\tLeadership and management experience directing exempt level direct reports.\r\n\tExcellent consumer analytic skills. Ability to extract data and translate into actionable plans\r\n\tExcellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders\r\n\tStrong leadership skills, ability to flex style to audience, inspire others with a results-oriented approach across multiple business functions\r\n\r\n\r\n

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.

\r\n\r\n
