Responsibilities: • Provide vision and leadership for the application development team, aligning technical direction with business objectives • Collaborate with stakeholders to set goals and measure the success of application initiatives • Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of PHP-based web applications, ensuring best practices in coding standards, security, and scalability • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation • Make decisions about PHP frameworks, databases, and third-party integrations to build robust and efficient systems • Evaluate and improve existing workflows and methodologies, enhance productivity and delivery • Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure web applications meet user needs and business requirements • Establish KPIs and SLAs for application performance, uptime, and customer satisfaction • Introduce tools and frameworks for rigorous testing and monitoring.
