Normal work hours vary and include nights and weekends and travel as necessary. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of five (5) years experience in ticket sales.

Preferred: Experience with Paciolan and Salesforce platforms; Experience in Intercollegiate Athletics ticketing.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, desire and ability to learn and work in a fast paced environment; Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; understanding of sales cycles; ability to work in collaboration with others.
