Director of Business Development
Overview Armor is seeking to add top strategic business development talent director to our innovative and growing team. As a key part of our business development team, you will work closely with senior leadership team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and meeting our aggressive growth goals for 2024. This exciting opportunity provides exceptional career growth and development opportunities, as well as an impressive compensation structure, to include a base salary and generous commission plan based on $2-$20-million-dollar contracts. In this role, you will also be responsible for coordinating the development and preparation of proposals for new business. This is a remote opportunity that includes extensive travel within the assigned territory. Ideally, the Director of Business Development will live in an area with easy access to regional travel hubs/airports. Preferred locations are: Alabama, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois/Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Kentucky, and Indiana. Experience managing the sales process and cycle thru a CRM (Salesforce a plus) Regional Territory Management Excellent Client Relations Management Rolodex of Corrections contacts/relationships an advantage Position requires flexibility to travel 70-80%, including overnight.
