POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The director is responsible for contacting a prospective client base and scheduling appointments with our Business Development team.  We are a process and productivity driven organization, and you will be responsible for helping to expand our organization.

Leads the development and implementation of the business strategy Provides advice and recommendations on investments and business opportunities, focused on infrastructureProvides oversight and leadership of the development and implementation of sales and client engagement initiatives within the region. Provide guidance, performance management and leadership to direct reports.Data mining/networking to discover new leadsConsult with confidence on the phone the benefits and abilities of the organizationSet appointments with prospects with the goal of generating sales revenue and building customer loyaltyProspecting for business partners and following up with sales callsDevelop, organize, and nurture a pipeline of business development leads from initial contact to qualified/closed statusAs opportunities for the sale of existing products and services are identified, coordinate the transfer of the lead to appropriate sales team member CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
