Arvato is hiring a self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Director of Business Development to join our growing team! In this role, you will be able to leverage your experience, exceptional communication, industry knowledge & team skills to generate and acquire new business with new accounts and selected existing accounts. In addition, you will provide support to the regional and global sales teams worldwide in expanding sales of Arvato in Europe and the US in the IT, Hi-Tech and Consumer Electronics industry; with a focus on value added logistics, warehousing, retail distribution and end-to-end supply chain solutions.
YOUR TASKS
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of logistics, warehousing, fulfillment and order-to-cash supply chain management (SCM), detailed knowledge of the target industries (Fashion, Lifestyle and Cosmetics) and an active network to key decision makers.
YOUR PROFILE
5 to 10 years of experience in solution selling & new business development in the fashion, lifestyle and cosmetics supply chain Industry.Bachelor’s degree required, with specialized qualifications or experience in Supply Chain Management related disciplines preferred.US based role, location flexible, attractive combination of home office / office.Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
