Candidate profileBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.7+ years of experience in tech/B2B sales, including enterprise companies.Deep expertise in loyalty industry trends, solutions, and best practices (highly desired).Strong market knowledge of North America, including competitive landscape and customer insights.Proven ability to align sales and marketing strategies for maximum impact.Experience with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and digital marketing best practices.Your responsibilities1st bullet - Own the full business development and sales cycle for Comarch’s Loyalty product(s), from prospecting to deal closure.2nd - Act as the primary point of contact for leads, inquiries, and outbound opportunities, leveraging CRM tools for maximum efficiency.Last 5 bullets:Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and lead generation strategies, maximizing sales impact.Represent Comarch at industry conferences and events, expanding your network and staying ahead of loyalty trends.Act as an account manager when needed, ensuring long-term client success and growth.Collaborate with marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and lead generation strategies, maximizing sales impact.Represent Comarch at industry conferences and events, expanding your network and staying ahead of loyalty trends.Act as an account manager when needed, ensuring long-term client success and growth.For you

Salary range information below reflects target base salary. Some positions may have an opportunity to receive an additional bonuses based on company discretions and contingent on individual performance. Actual compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of the offer.
