Job Description:

The Cardiovascular Services Director is responsible and accountable for the business operations and processes for the Cardiovascular Services departments.  This member of the leadership team is responsible for overseeing all business operations as they relate to staffing, budget, productivity, program development, services provided, physician relationships, service line strategic planning and growth.  The Director will provide leadership through communication and relationship-building, a strong knowledge of the cardiology and healthcare environments and strong business skills.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Nursing, Management, Health Care Administration or Business

A minimum of 5 years of recent leadership experience in a clinical-hospital setting

National specialty certification and/or National certification in Nursing Leadership preferred
