Director of Cemeteries Sales and Operations
Location: Diocese of Youngstown Cemeteries The Director of Cemeteries is responsible for executing the strategic goals of all CFCS cemeteries including sales, services, operations, grounds, and administration. The Director of Cemeteries will execute a strategic plan that drives growth, equips the team, builds partnerships, engages the market, and serves families through CFCS Programs. Compensation and Benefits: + Base salary starting at $110,000 + Bi-annual bonus opportunities + Open PTO Policy + Employer paid insurance premiums + Retirement benefits including Pension with employer contributions  Responsibilities: + Provide leadership and successful business growth over multiple locations + Develop strategic plans, financial targets, marketing plans to improve financial performance of each location + Expand business to new organizations, communities, and groups of people + Coach and motivate others to achieve greater results + Oversee financial planning and key financial reporting metrics + Understand market conditions and competitor strengths/weaknesses Qualifications: + Practicing Catholic with demonstrated leadership serving the faith community + College degree preferred, and 4-6 years of experience managing multiple location. + Proven leadership in a public-facing, sales-driven, client services environment + Valid state issued driver’s license, good driving record, and proof of insurance is required + Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology Get to Know CFCS...
