**Job Summary and Qualifications**

The Director of Change Management is responsible for enabling the execution of the Change Management strategy for iterative product development within Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I). This role will develop people adoption strategies and deliver interventions to realize transformation in healthcare delivery. This role will work with an interdisciplinary team, leaders and colleagues at HCA Healthcare innovation sites to enable agile testing and development, and prepare implementation teams for enterprise-wide deployment of CT&I products related to Clinical Documentation and Clinical Decision Support.
**Major Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with the DT&I domain leaders, product owners, product teams, innovation locations and stakeholders to understand the issues and challenges involved in driving change for iterative products related to Clinical Documentation and Clinical Decision Support.
+ Leveraging an agile change management approach, build and test solutions elbow to elbow with interdisciplinary teams to inform the execution of large scale, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
+ Define and execute product-centric change management strategy to realize DT&I transformation objectives.
+ Execute Change Impact Assessment and Change Readiness Assessment frameworks for care model and care delivery initiatives.
+ Execute and assess scalable and repeatable change management strategies and approaches for product development (these strategies include, stakeholder engagement, sponsor management, change readiness, change champion network, coaching, resistance management, and transition to scale).
+ Execute measurement strategy and processes to quantify impact of agile change interventions in driving successful change.
+ Implement targeted and agile approaches to manage change leadership and workforce transition.
+ Manage concerns and perspectives across key stakeholder groups (e.g., physicians, nurses, revenue cycle, IT, leadership), to build tailored Change Management solutions.
+ Report and escalate issues and risks to the Director of Change Management for DT&I Products as necessary.
+ Coordinate change efforts with the domain leader, product owner, product teams and other key stakeholders.
+ Ensure executive alignment through proactive and appropriate communication and presentation deliverables.
+ Consult with stakeholders on their challenges, diagnose root causes and implement mitigation strategies.
+ Effectively navigate the HCA Healthcare network across stakeholder groups and functional areas, to implement a cohesive, iterative Change Strategy.
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ Bachelor Degree - Required
+ Master Degree - Preferred
+ 5-7 years of experience in healthcare and/or product-centric change management, agile environments - Preferred
**Licenses, Certifications, & Training:**
+ Certification in Change Management: Generalist - Preferred
**Additional Requirements:**
+ Previous Organizational Change Management leadership experience (innovation/start up environment, agile, complex project experience and/or experience in a clinical setting is preferred), minimum 7 years
+ Fluent and current on Change Management trends (human centered, iterative methodology, product-centric change management preferred)
+ Excellent organizational and time-management, and interpersonal collaboration skills
+ Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments
+ Experience working in a matrixed environment
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
+ Innovative problem-solving expertise in environments of healthcare
+ Comfort utilizing technology to solve problems and complete tasks
+ Ability to build, develop, and sustain relationships
+ Strong facilitation skills

**Work Location/Schedule:**
+ Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park)
+ Onsite: M-F
