Overview Cohn Financial (CFG) is a Gallagher company focusing on complex life insurance solutions for high net worth individuals/families, as well as executive benefit plans for corporate clients who desire to retain and attract top talent. As the Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering an outstanding client experience at Cohn Financial Group! You will lead a team of Client Services Associates in providing exceptional service to our clients and advisors, building strong relationships, and ensuring their needs are met. You will play a crucial role in shaping the client service strategy, driving growth, and fostering client loyalty. How you'll make an impact Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of client service associates Set performance goals, supervise progress, and provide regular feedback. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the client services team. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with key clients and our advisors Act as a point of escalation for sophisticated issues, ensuring resolution Develop and implement service standards and strategies to improve client happiness and retention. Client Service Strategy: Collaborate with advisors and senior management to define and execute the client service strategy Identify opportunities for process improvement Develop and implement service policies and procedures Compliance and Oversite Ensure that service operations enforce to industry regulations and compliance standards Stay up-to-date with MHS compliance and communication requirements About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years in the Life Insurance industry is required. Excellent knowledge of the insurance brokerage business. Preferred: Solid understanding of all life insurance products including variable policies Strong understanding of inforce policy management and service Experience with both individually underwritten policies and multi-life plans is strongly preferred Proven leadership abilities Excellent communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution abilities Ability to make decisions and a dedication to delivering outstanding client service Insurance license or security license, series 7 or series 63. #LI-PF1 #LI-Onsite Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
