This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity. **Pay** $130,000-$150,000 **Shift** - Monday-Friday (Days) **Qualifications** - LCSW in the state of CA - Minimum of one (1) year experience required. Preferred three (3) year’s experience in psychiatric/mental health field. - A strong knowledge of Joint Commission, NAPHS, Title XXII, CMS, OSHA regulations, patient rights standards, and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities. **Job Summary** **The Director of Clinical Services** provides the leadership, strategic planning, and effective management of the clinical services offered at the facility to support the delivery of quality behavioral health care and service to patients in the acute inpatient and outpatient setting. Assists the Administrator in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support and meet the needs of patients, the community and continued growth and to maintain and support compliance with the facility’s performance goals and objectives.
