Adecco Healthcare is searching for a **Director of Clinical Services** to become part of our client's team in **Sacramento, CA** . This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

**Qualifications**
- LCSW in the state of CA
- Minimum of one (1) year experience required. Preferred three (3) year’s experience in psychiatric/mental health field.
- A strong knowledge of Joint Commission, NAPHS, Title XXII, CMS, OSHA regulations, patient rights standards, and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.

**Job Summary**
**The Director of Clinical Services** provides the leadership, strategic planning, and effective management of the clinical services offered at the facility to support the delivery of quality behavioral health care and service to patients in the acute inpatient and outpatient setting. Assists the Administrator in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support and meet the needs of patients, the community and continued growth and to maintain and support compliance with the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Maintains effective working relationships with Physicians, Director of Nursing, Administrator and line staff to ensure the delivery of optimal patient care. Additionally:
- Directs and coordinates clinical operations of hospital to ensure care delivered to patients in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Participates in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives as directed by the Administrator.
- Responsible for the development, revision and implementation of policies and procedures that guides and supports the provision of clinical services ensuring compliance with laws, rules and regulations.
