Position Name: **Director of Clinical Services** Location: **Sacramento, CA** Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient **Pay** $130,000-$150,000 per year **Shift** Monday-Friday (Days & Full-Time) **Requirements** - **LCSW** in the state of CA. This is a firm requirement. - Minimum of 1 year experience required. Preferred three 3 years of experience in the psychiatric/mental health field. - A strong knowledge of Joint Commission, NAPHS, Title XXII, CMS, OSHA regulations, patient rights standards, and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities. **Application Guidelines** - _Professional Stability:_ 2+ years in recent roles preferred. - _Complete Resume:_ Full work history with job title, company, dates (month/year), and responsibilities for each role. - _Serious Applicants:_ Incomplete applications or frequent unexplained job changes may be disqualified. **Job Summary** The Director of Clinical Services provides the leadership, strategic planning, and effective management of the clinical services offered at the facility to support the delivery of quality behavioral health care and service to patients in the acute inpatient and outpatient setting. Assists the Administrator in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support and meet the needs of patients, the community, and continued growth and to maintain and support compliance with the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Maintains effective working relationships with Physicians, Director of Nursing, Administrator, and line staff to ensure the delivery of optimal patient care.
