This is a firm requirement. - Minimum of 1 year experience required. Assists the Administrator in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support and meet the needs of patients, the community, and continued growth and to maintain and support compliance with the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Maintains effective working relationships with Physicians, Director of Nursing, Administrator, and line staff to ensure the delivery of optimal patient care.
