Director of Commercial Operations
Job description: Follow-up local and global market changes and competitors’ behavior in the local market and plan campaigns. Follow-up day-to-day sales operations. Maintain company’s market share and grow it. Analyze commercial activities and improve it. Develop the commercial team and guide them to improve performance. Building relationships with related stakeholders. Protecting Company’s rights and interest in all dealings Enforcing a strong internal control environment Ensure compliance with the Local laws and Regulations. Facilitate successful smooth livestock export at optimal cost with utmost efficiency Any other job-related function that might be required from time to time. Tasks: Planning and executing commercial activities in parallel with the corporate strategy. Make the deals with the suppliers and open new supply channels. Meet with the key clients and close the deals with them. Open new sales channels locally. Attending important and related international and local exhibitions. Create and develop new sales methods. Facilitate preparation of annual budget for the Company and ensure achievement. Any other job-related tasks that might be required from time to time.  
Person description: Degree in business studies with at least 5 years working experience in retail (preferably meat) and international trading. English is core, excellent communication and negotiation skills Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point). Excellent leadership characteristic with strategic and innovative mindset. Personality: must possess a high moral ethics, honesty, and self-confidence.
