We are looking for an experienced Senior Communications Professional to spearhead our communication strategies, enhance our brand presence, and effectively engage with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication initiatives across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.Develop comprehensive communications plans for key corporate prioritiesCreate compelling content for various platforms, including internal and externalBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.Skills and Qualifications:
Proven ability to develop and execute creative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.Detail-oriented with a keen eye for ensuring accuracy and consistency in communication.Strong writing and storytelling skills to craft impactful communications.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.Experience with B2B and B2G communications, particularly with technical storylines.Experience developing campaigns for tradeshows and events.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Preferred Qualifications:

The base salary range for this position in Washington, DC, is $107,200 - $144,500 and the base salary range for this position in Lexington, NC is $97,300-$131,400 and the annual incentive is 10% of the base salary. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
