YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or related field. 10+ years of management experience in a mortgage, community lending environment. Valid NMLS Registration required. INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CONTACTS: Initiates and receives frequent external contact from real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, attorneys, customers, community-based organizations, and local governmental organizations. Frequent contact internally with subordinates, senior management, and other departments. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Office environment. Ability to operate computer. Ability to communicate in order to exchange simple to complex information with individuals and groups. Ability to travel in Middlesex County, Monmouth County, and Ocean County, New Jersey and throughout Bank footprint.
