At Illume, you will be responsible for:
Develop research studies that address priority areas of focus and clinical service development. Participate in developing, writing, and overseeing research grants for projects assigned and/or to assist others.Monitor grant progress, and ensure implementation is aligned with fidelity, compliance, and other related regulatory requirements.Facilitate research to gain knowledge or create/improve interventions that enhance treatment for persons with behavioral health conditions and/or the training for those implementing the interventions.Analyzing, interpreting, and reporting agency outcomes data and other program evaluation studies or research projectsOrganize data sets to be able to identify trends and assist in research decision making.Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to assess and address community needs for enhancing a recovery orientated, evidence-based system of care.Work to publish findings in peer review journals Participate in conferences to share findingsBelow are the duties associated with UMSL Duties: See UMSL Job description for full details
to serve as Director of Community Psychological Service, the on-site training clinic for our APA-Accredited Clinical Psychology doctoral program. To foster the knowledge and talent required to train students in clinical psychology, it is essential to have a variety of perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences at the table. Members of minority groups under-represented in academia are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include training and clinical supervision of assessment and intervention across the lifespan, managing partnerships with community organizations, and clinic administration.
Responsible for designing overseeing the acquisition, validation, storage, protection, and processing of large sets of data, including internally- and externally-focused needs assessments, and the evaluation associated with data including process and outcomes through Illume: The Behavioral Health Center of Excellence.
Responsible for organizing research activities taking place within or through the agency and for maintaining collaborative partnerships with behavioral health and other researchers active regionally and nationally.
Plans and implements dissemination activities to promote the use of data findings. Participation in agency planning/development and IRB activities. Development, implementation and review of agency research and evaluation policy and procedures.
