Overview Pacific Retirement Services is a non-profit senior living provider based out of Medford, Oregon. PRS now has nearly 3,000 employees and provides housing and services to more than 5,000 seniors in six states. About the role: You will manage the technology standards that support operations across all Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) affiliates and managed communities. You will oversee the recommendation, implemention, and support of these technologies in order to bring exceptional value to community operations, with an emphasis on staff and resident experience, and overall value to community operations. What you'll be doing: Demonstrate PRS Core Values across all responsibilities, building a detailed understanding of PRS community operations to create standards and solutions that improve resident experience and streamline operations. Oversee the design, implementation, and support of critical community-based technologies—including security, resident safety, communication systems, and point-of-sale—ensuring smooth, reliable operation of essential systems. Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects, setting standards for project and program management, training, change management, and communication. Build strong, trusted relationships with PRS community stakeholders to align goals and foster support. Supervise the team of business systems analysts and collaborate with network and enterprise teams on community technology projects. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contract terms, and ensure consistent technology support. Continuously optimize and scale community technology standards, managing both operational and capital expenditure budgets while staying current on senior living technologies to explore and integrate new solutions across PRS communities Develop and maintain community technology OpEx and CapEx budgets. Develop a methodolgy for scaling technology standards to new communities that become a part of the PRS family Salary: 120,000 to 155,000k annually DOE Geographic market standards are considered for compensation. About you: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, IT project management or a related field. Ten (10) years experience as an IT business anaylst, or alternatively supporting IT applications or infrastructure. Five (5) years’ experience in an IT management role.
