Innovate and Lead: Design and implement cutting-edge, outcome-driven wellness programs that set the standard for active aging. Daily Operations Mastery: Oversee the daily operations of our Wellness and Lifestyle team, ensuring excellence in our fitness/wellness center, budgeting, and services. Fitness Leadership: Create a diverse schedule of engaging exercise classes and lead sessions alongside our dedicated wellness team. Trendsetting Initiatives: Stay at the forefront of wellness trends and strategies, integrating the latest innovations into our programs. Inclusive Activities: Develop and offer personalized activities for individuals at all levels of activity, encouraging hobbies and routines that enhance well-being. Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents and their families, encouraging their active participation in wellness activities. Leadership Influence: Inspire our leadership team to prioritize wellness initiatives, creating an environment where healthy choices are easy choices. Team Member Wellness: Facilitate and coordinate wellness programs for our team members, providing continuous education and engagement opportunities. Volunteer and Intern Program: Identify opportunities to engage volunteers and manage a robust intern program to support community wellness efforts. Committee Participation: Actively participate in key meetings such as care conferences, quality assurance, and safety committees, contributing to our holistic approach to wellness.
