Director of Compliance | $50-60 an hour | Houston, TX 77054  What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $50-60 an hour Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8-5Location: Houston, TX 77054 Help drive the compliance strategy for a large healthcare company, ensuring seamless adherence to state and federal regulations while safeguarding the integrity of the policies and programs in place! Responsibilities:Act as the in-house expert on federal programs (CMS Medicare Advantage, MMP, D-SNP, and Health Insurance Marketplace), ensuring compliance with contracts and managing regulatory deliverables.Develop and update policies for new lines of business, oversee delegated entity compliance, and ensure alignment with federal and state laws.Support readiness reviews, implementation efforts, and adaptation to regulatory or technological changes.Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer on committee staffing and present monthly compliance reports to leadership.Contribute to departmental goals and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree required; CHC certification preferred.7+ years of experience in managed care with expertise in Medicare Advantage, MMP, D-SNP, and Health Insurance Marketplace compliance.4+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Benefits and Perks:Pay: $50-60 / hourTemporary assignment with the possibility of becoming full time!During your employment with The Reserves Network, you can enroll in our benefits program, including medical (3 plans to choose from), dental, disability, critical illness, life, vision, accident, and behavioral health insurance. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
