You will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing and supports JBT's Protein North America Division Sales Contract Processes. On a given day, you may: Support compliance and manage contracts for multiple division locations. Manage contract risk through diligent review, modification, and negotiation of contract terms. Work with internal customers (sales, engineering, general managers, controllers, directors, vice presidents, divisional presidents, internal counsel, corporate staff, other contract managers and administrators). Create Master agreements, Sales Intermediary agreements, equipment loans, leases, rentals and test agreements. Manage assigned contract administrative personnel. Ensure compliance with corporate Contract Guidelines Work with external customers (plant personnel, procurement managers, customer legal staff). Coordinate with corporate counsel Coordinate execution of changes to Conditions of Sale and Delegations of Signature Authority. Complete Deviation Authorization Documents and Contract Check Sheets. Provide periodic reports related to equipment contracts. Train and advise internal customers/departments on contract matters. Requirements for the role Bachelor's Degree required in a related field. 10+ years of experience in contract review and management.
