Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Development team member to spearhead our acquisition efforts within the clinical laboratory industry. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of market dynamics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify and pursue acquisition opportunities that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or a related field.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a deep understanding of valuation techniques.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Proven track record of successfully leading acquisition projects from inception to completion.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with industry stakeholders.
