Director of Crisis - Arizona
Adecco Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Director of Crisis** to join our client's team at their facility in Arizona. The Director of Crisis will oversee **Tucson** , **Casa Grande** , and **Yuma** , **AZ.** **Pay** - Starts at $120k/annually - $800 per month auto stipend - $670 per month on-call stipend **Shift** - Monday-Friday - 9am-5pm - Some on-call required (about 1 week/month) **Requirements** - Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Licensure (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW). - MUST have behavioral health and substance abuse experience. - Crisis experience with this population is necessary as well as the ability to remain calm in high-stress and dramatic situations. - Experience needs to be specifically with patient care in substance abuse, and crisis settings. - Must be comfortable with managing a diverse group of employees. - Large team experience. - Flexibility with schedule. **Benefits** - Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life - 401K with employer Match - 100% vested upon enrollment - 5-Weeks PTO - Supplemental plans - Hospital indemnity/Critical Illness - Pet Insurance - Dependent Care Savings, Health Care Savings - Wellness programs - Director of HR has been there 7 years and has 6 promotions, GROWTH POTENTIAL! - Once candidate catches on, they are typically promoted very quickly - The company has grown over 150% in the last few years and needs more leaders - Scholarship Programs, incentives, and more! **Job Summary** - Provide direct supervision and oversight of Operation Administrators and Program Managers of the Tucson, Casa Grande, and Yuma facilities. - Communicates difficulties and operational problems directly to the Senior Director of Crisis Services as they are occurring. - Lead the development of Crisis Management staff and support career advancement opportunities. - Manage clinical crisis practices that exceed agency standards related to Emergency Departments and First Responders (Hospital, Police, Fire, etc.). - Attend monthly meetings with Law Enforcement to ensure programs are meeting law enforcement needs. - Active participation in community workgroups and assigning key Crisis Management staff to participate in local groups to ensure that services are available and meet the needs of the community. - Assist in the development, monitoring, and revision of Clinical Policy and Procedure. - Monitors work-related expenses of the Crisis Management team and communicates with the Finance Department on an ongoing basis. - Reviews program budgets annually to ensure staffing is in line with budget. - If providing oversight to an involuntary facility, monitors conversion rates, petition review times, pre-petition screening process, and escalates any identified issues in real-time. - Coordinates with the HR/Training department to ensure that new hires attend New Employee Orientation and that all training requirements are met prior to new employees providing direct care. - Ensures that 100% of discharges are reviewed with and signed off on by a Medical Practitioner. - Assists with interviews and hiring of Leadership staff.
