You will lead Dot Foods' enterprise data warehouse, business intelligence, and analytics strategy to enhance operational efficiency and deliver actionable insights. This role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making through scalable analytics solutions while supporting enterprise AI initiatives led by the Senior Director of Data & AI.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Execute analytics initiatives, champion change management, monitor adoption of analytics tools, and advocate for the value of analytics at AI across the organization Build and lead a high-performing team. Recruit, coach, and develop team members Develop and oversee the budget for analytics initiatives. Manage resources and vendor contracts Own the analytics technology roadmap to ensure scalability and alignment with enterprise AI goals Partner with the Sr. Director of Data & AI and other teams to integrate operational analytics with advanced AI-driven insights. Act as a liaison between IT and business units to deliver solutionsYOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience with business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, Power BI) 5+ years of experience managing and developing analytics teams. 3+ years of experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives, driving adoption, and delivering measurable business value Expertise in evaluating and implementing analytics technologies and managing technology roadmaps Strong experience with budgeting, resource management, and vendor/consultant relationships Problem-solving skills with a history of translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partnersYOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Experience aligning analytics strategies with enterprise-wide goals Familiarity with advanced data platforms, cloud ecosystems (e.g., IBM, Azure, AWS, GCP), data governance, and AI/ML. Demonstrated ability to foster data literacy and promote analytics adoption across diverse teams Innovative mindset with a focus on process improvement and continuous learning. Experience managing hybrid environments that integrate operational reporting with advanced AI-driven insightsROLE SPECIFICS
Travel – Occasional overnight travel 1-3 nights per quarter for company meetings. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train.
